Regular office hours are from Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening and weekend hours as well as housecalls are available by appointment. If you are calling outside of regular hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.
Our office will gladly schedule an appointment at your convenience. We make every effort to see all our patients in a timely manner. Therefore, we do encourage you to make appointments in advance, allowing us to adhere to a schedule which insures minimum waiting time.
If you are in severe discomfort or pain, we will arrange to see you as promptly as possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment kindly let us know 24 hours in advance.
The doctor cannot authorize prescription refills over the phone. Please schedule an office visit in advance, if your prescription needs to be refilled.

We make every effort to keep the cost of your medical care down. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. In situations requiring special financial consideration, alternative payment plans may be arranged. Please remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the patient, not to the insurance company. Forms necessary for processing your medical claims and assistance in filing them will be made available to you by our staff.
